For now, I am satisfied. To hinder any issues, we do testing of the full method. I am able to touch them at any time, and I feel they are genuinely interested in the project rather than just working to make money, which is something I like.

We use Trello and work unitedly through there. We divided the work into three stages, then established times and deadlines for each stage. I know what we will do during each stage, so it has been working well.

I’ve been satisfied. They converse both English and Russian, which has been working out well as some of my team only converse English.

I’m not sure where they can better at this point.
