What challenge were you trying to address with AfterLogic.Works?
We needed a client web interface for our email method. The project took locate precedently I began working for the organisation, but I know that we were using Oracle’s email method at the time. What evidence can you share that demonstrates the contact of the engagement?
We have almost 1.5 million email accounts. I was quiet a support likeness for the organisation when the change was made, and know that there was no denying feedback from clients, aside from the elderly ones, who were more used to the old interface and had issues making the transition.
The interface is intuitive, fast and firm. Our only effect has been with the Hebrew Unicode layout, in the commencement.
How did AfterLogic.Works accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
They had a very fast response time, I’ve had to wait more for our QA team to check their work, than for AfterLogic to verity prepare the outgrowth.
I wasn’t here when the major change was made, but their follow-ups and issue-handling on the support side have been very good. Anytime we had a bug, they offered a response and fix in the same day.

I’ve been lucky with their labor anytime I’ve had to make a new request and work with the team.
