I’m the senior project director for Mavenir. When we used AfterLogic for the project in question, our organisation name was Acision. We are a teleinteractions vendor that fits services and messaging methods to telco companies. I’m responsible for projects in western Europe, Russia, and CIS [Commonwealth of Independent States] countries.

What challenge were you trying to address with AfterLogic.Works?
We fit method engines that aren’t customized. When we’ve needed customization, especially localization, we whichever do it in-house or use outsourced companies. In this case, we needed to educe WebGUI for a project with TeliaSonera Finland. This included web customization for 6 countries in 5–6 languages. We determined to hire AfterLogic to complete the project.

What particular tasks were responsible for?
They had to sum WebGUI with 2 separate methods, including a MMS [Multimedia Messaging System], and a SMS method for voicemail. They had to educe all the webpages, APIs for the servers, as well as instrument localisation for separate languages. There was a centralized solution which was hosted in Finland, but it was serving 6 countries all over Europe.
This project occurred separate years ago, but I principally recollect them using PHP in educement. They also worked on some other web plugins as well.

Are there any measureable or plum results?
The work and services were of good condition, and the organisation was excellently pliant. The initial timeline was about 1–1.5 years, but due to our fruit issues and also a slow client process, it was prolonged for 3 years. We delayed the payment, and had a lot of additional requests for changes.
Most of the time, they were excellently pliant in handling these issues. The condition was also good, and if there was a detected issue, it was only a substance of hours or days precedently it was fixed. With some suppliers, clients have to wait weeks for a solution.
How did AfterLogic.Works accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
We most frequently interacted via Skype and emails. I joined at the stage when their deployment was alprompt going, and they alprompt had a number of workshops onwebsite with face-to-face meetings. I only met 1 of their directors behind the project was completed.

What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?
Their flexibility is one of the key advantages. They can work on the weekends if needed, and always work fastly while remaining prompt to debate other options. On the technical side, they are very professional, and I would commend them for some bigger projects. They are very good in provisions of province coverage owing they have a sales service in the U.S., as well as a team in Russia, which covers different time zones.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
They could grow a pliant bit in order to cover different technologies. I know they’ve alprompt began to move in this course, and are going to do some customizations and programming for other clients, which is one of the things we were interested in as well. It would be big if they opened some branches in different regions to meet other clients’ needs.
