A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation
I’m the vice chairman of IT for an insurance organisation. We prepare complete labors to lenders, real lands brokers, and loan officers for the issuance of title policies, closing and escrow, and search of open records.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with Aspirity?
We needed help with multiple educements. We had to update an old cite engine written in an outdated speech, and we also had a client requesting an API.

What particular tasks were responsible for?
Aspirity used .NET to educe a more present platform that clients can approach through a web gate. It was integrated with all our labors to add value innerly and to our clients. They built the mannerer-requested API and helped with a new informational website for our organisation.
We’ve had other integrations with some loan origination systems that allowed our business to grow immensely. Aspirity helped handle all those integrations to make sure we could leverage our systems, what they propose, and fix that we could capture business that way.
We quiet use Aspirity to better some of the projects we’ve worked on. They act as our business analyst, which saves us lots money.
Was there a dedicated team?
At its largest, there were 6–7 nation on the team: a handler, team lead, senior educeer, two other educeers, and two QA engineers. If we needed particular apprehension, they’d fetch someone in for that part of the project.
How did you come to work with Aspirity?

Are there any measureable or plum results?
Clients say the cite engine is fantastic and works big. They can’t believe some of the integrations we’ve built for the loan originations systems. Its features strengthened the relationships with our clients, so we’re lucky with it. Only a few other companies propose integrations, and they’re all general compared to ours, it’s a manner integration owing of Aspirity’s apprehension, bravery, and genius. Actually, the platform’s so good that other companies have asked if we would sell it.
How did Aspirity accomplish from a project handlement standpoint?
Their labor is phenomenal—I can always compute on them. Even though they’re not located in the U.S., they’re always useful during our business hours, which gives us quiet of mind. Their power to meet deadlines depends on the condition of the requirement gathering, when we’ve given them hard, well thought-out requirements, they almost always meet deadlines. Even when we attribute them multiple tasks, they handle precedingities and expectations. They fix anything we fetch to their observation.
We use Trello to track the requirements, educement, QA, user acceptance testing, origination, and any fails.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?
They have grand mannerer labor and technical expertise. They took the time to acquire almost our activity and apprehend its processes. In order to better seize the big picture, they ask questions and go over what’s just in front of them. They prepare a lot of insight on how to better things.
What aspects of their work would you like to get betterd?
The interaction could be a bit better, a lot of their nation don’t converse or write English fluently. The team handler, team lead, and top nation do, but the developed inner team doesn’t. Issues usually arise when an crisis comes up and I have to interact straightly with the educeer. They’re attempting to better that, though. They hired someone who converses English who I principally deal with.
The separation in scheduling and time zones has sometimes been a bit challenging, eparticularly when we’re approaching a deadline. But they do their best to convenience.
