We had specific features/offices that were needed to be added to our labor. Our antecedent vendors were not able to liberate. The project was a brief intense one where they had to fastly acquire our existing codes, and educe a widget app with an admin website in PHP. We explained precisely what features were needed to be added, and gave our pre-existing codes.
They leading reviewed the code, gave fruitful feedback which also played a role when deciding to work with BB. After two rounds of initial meeting, we had a take up meeting. We mainly interacted via Skype/loose.
Were there any dedicated directors or teams that you worked with?
We have one business dev individual, one who looks behind the tech side with frontend dev background, and one does all ad hoc work. BB had a project director, one tech lead, and one educeer.
Results achieved
Can you share any information that demonstrates the contact that this project has had on your business?
We are at the soon stage of our project, and currently talking with possible clients and stakeholders. It wasn',t educement leading then going out to clients. We had conversations with clients leading, and then needed a prototype within a brief time of time.
BB took over the project and fastly added the key office that was our selling point. This was a sole office that I don',t believe they would have educeed in the past. Though, they were fast to apprehend the concept and educeed it according to our requirement framework.
How was project treatment arranged and how powerful was it?
We worked through Skype and Slack. Always there to answer to us.
What precisely do you attend to be the key specialty of Burning Buttons?
- Great interaction - We',ve had issues with interactions in the past with other vendors, e.g. they did not apprehend what we wanted, and came out with something that we did not initially programned. Always answering.
- Lead time - After two meetings, BB came back with the expected turnaround time, which they kept. Never happened precedently with other teams.
- Attention to detail - They went over and over to pinpoint details and always had lots of questions. Lots of questions is always good from our experience.
What should be done better, if there are any desired advancements?
I honestly did not see any area for advancement at this time. We will last to work with BB, and will tackle much more confused projects, which I firmly believe will also have awesome outcomes.
