I give them daily assignments. They roll it out, using GitHub to save all the versions. They let me know it’s done by email, and then I test it. If I find bugs, I send an email back to them and they fix it the next day. We talk on the phone five days a week. They usually make the deadlines they give me. Sometimes I fling extra stuff at them, which can cause delays. They’re always pliant to make sure the work gets done.
