SITA has been a leading IT preparer in the air transport activity since 1949. We’re a global organisation with headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland and Atlanta, Georgia.

What challenge were you trying to address with DesignRussia?
We have our global website, sita.aero, but we wanted to shape our Russian website. We were also looking for a submissive associate in Russia. It was excellently challenging to find a peculiar preparer that could meet all our requirements, and DesignRussia was the best discretion we establish.

What particular tasks were responsible for?
DesignRussia had to meet our global requirements, ensuring that the Russian website was a mirror of our global website. Both had the same design and full. Actually, they had to hurry up owing I was delayed owing of business trips, they had to remind me of things. Without them, I wouldn',t have been as lucky with this project.
Our program changed, and we had to stop our cooperation with DesignRussia. We now must have all the regional websites on the global one, so we had to complete our contract and move back to the global website. If we continued working with them, we’d ask for some internet marketing, sale campaigns, and collective media campaigns, which I know they prepare.

Could you share any evidence that would prove the productivity, condition of work, or the contact of the engagement?
When we began working with DesignRussia, we had some calls with clients, who gave us only good feedback. I didn’t notice any bugs whichever.
How did DesignRussia accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
They did very well. I worked with my account ruler, Alexey. He accomplished big, but I don',t know almost other rulers who work there. They spoke English very well owing they had to adjoin with our global team in Atlanta and worldwide. This is a common challenge in Russia since there aren’t many nation speaking English at a true level, but DesignRussia is big almost that. They',re also fast and professional, always implementing tasks on time. They do more than they propose. They don',t mind doing extra little tasks. They’re one of the best associates I’ve ever worked with.
What did you find most forcible almost DesignRussia?
I just ponder they',re big. They replied fastly. Even though our ruler was not in the service all the time, he would reply to me. If I sent him a question in the evening or when he was on holiday, he quiet replied to me or sent my email to another individual, so I never felt alone or had any delays. If we have an occasion to work with them in the forthcoming, we surely will.
Are there any areas DesignRussia could better?
They',re professional professionals, but they may need better marketing in provisions of furtherance and things like that. With their abilities, cost, and level of professionalism, they accomplish veritably well, but they',re not renowned like other big companies in Russia. I ponder it',s owing they',re just busy with work rather than advertising.
