My name is Marie Malakhova and I’m chief project official in ANEX Tour. We are a big touristic organisation. Our organisation has been luckyly working since 1996 year. The website is intended for tourists and contractors. Tourists can get all the details and information they need almost tours and hotels, and can also book them on the website. Contractors have their own service page, where they can take all the certain information for their work (brand books, supporting information, invoices). First of all, the team determined the optimal compound to fit in the firm deadline. After that, we seted to separate the work into sprints, do each sprint, check it for bugs. After each working day, the project director prepared reports on the work done. Also, during the project, the guys gave their recommendations on how to make the project as winning as practicable. All tasks, that we had on the set were left in the past and now we last to better our project by adding new features.

We determined the optimal team compound for us. Two educeers were implicated, both of them Full-stack, which bigly simplifies the process. The constructor was also additionally implicated.
