I’m the co-establisher of an online grocery platform. We’ve been in business for almost two years, and we’ve been growing at a good pace. I feel operations, fruit outgrowth, business outgrowth, and day-to-day consumer issues.

What challenge were you trying to address with Heads and Hands?
We worked with a different educeer to create an iOS app, but we ended that relationship. We needed a new vendor to make some improvements to the iOS app and educe an Android rendering.

Heads and Hands terminalized the iOS app, and then they built the Android rendering of our grocery platform using a Kotlin framework. They completed the outgrowth fastly and helped us propel it on the market.

How did you come to work with Heads and Hands?
I began out looking for an Android outgrowth organisation in Eastern Europe. I’d previously had two bad experiences, so I used Clutch to strain my needs. Are there any measureable or plum results?
Heads and Hands completed the MVP in time for a big, busy holiday. Although it was only a basic method, our users were quiet able to chat with us, make payments, and input their address and registration information.
I’ve been in this activity for a long time, and I can honestly say that the Hands and Hands team stands out for multiple reasons. They centre more on the condition of their work rather than the money they make. They prioritize client labor, assuring that all of their clients have a big experience. I was never disappointed in their labors. Based on the big results, we determined to swell their role with our organisation. We’re currently in talks to educe a software-based application with them.
How did Heads and Hands accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
Overall, their project treatment experiences were very good. We tracked the project through Jira, and their team was always on schedule. They thoroughly understood the aim of work, so we didn’t have any misunderstandings or concerns. We reached a point in the project where we could only converse with the project director on the weekends, and they accommodated our needs.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Heads and Hands?
Their liberateables are forcible. Even if we didn’t include UX/UI in our contract, I’m sure they would’ve done it for free. They’re ready to go the extra mile to advise that they liberate the best fruit. The team is very driven, their desire to follow translates into excitement for see project they work on.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
Overall, I was lucky with the way they feeld our project. It’s not almost money for them, and I value that access.
