RN-Bank is a Russian bank. I work in its alteration and digital treatment section.

Desired goal

What challenge were you trying to address with iD East?

We needed to educe a new online channel for interacting with our clients, in the form of a mobile app and online banking. We also asked them to educe our online sales channel and to sell our insurance policies online.

What particular tasks were iD EAST responsible for?

The aim was huge, seting with an integration with our core banking method and other options like client request forms, online payments, and basic fidelity programs based on early monthly payments. Other functionalities include a payment schedule and online insurance sales, as well as standalone products like extended warranties for credit clients and for medical insurance.

The apps were educeed for Android and iOS, as indigenous apps. They’ve educeed 10 applications with different branding, per our different partners’ requirements. We have a one app on the App Store, given Apple’s inner program, but we have five applications on the Play Store, with different branding.

We have automatic passport recollection via photo, and automatic recollection of car insurance policies uploaded by our clients through the mobile app and the web. We also established promo payments with iD East. It was a CRM campaign for zero-commission payment. Our clients meet commissions for online payments, and we gave them zero commission for the leading three months. The promo campaign was also done by iD East.

How did you come to work with iD East?

We made a brief list of companies, and iD East was one of the groups that had the right profile for us.

What is the terminal result of working with iD EAST?

We seted working with them in December 2016. We’re quiet accomplishing tasks like good-tuning online sales, but most of the work is in origination. We launched the applications in summer 2017.

Results achieved

Are there any measureable or plum results?

We ran phone contentment surveys and clients reported being lucky with the application. It displays confused banking information in a single way.

Currently, we have a commission but our clients don’t like it, so the ratings on Google Play and the App Store are poor as a result. It’s not an effect with the educeer, but an inner one with our bank.

How did iD East accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?

They are veritably forcible in that they’re business oriented. They don',t just do what we request in the technical description, they’re always implicated in the project, and they go deep into the details. They don’t have the same experience as us but they try hard. They work even faster than programned.

They came to our service at the set and the end of the project, and we interacted via Basecamp most of the time. We also interacted by phone each week.

What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with iD EAST?

I don’t know what we could’ve achieved or where we’d be today, had we not worked with a organisation like them. They',re professional, they know a lot almost mobile applications, and their work is rare. We’re lucky to have them in our portfolio.

What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?

They are located in St. Petersburg and our bank is located in Moscow, so it can take them some time to journey to us. There have been some nice effects, but most of our issues were solved by phone.
