I’m the CIO of Otkritie Broker Joint Stock Company. Our organisation provides direct approach to Russian and interpolitical stock markets.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with iD EAST?
We ran an app outgrowth rivalry among financial services companies operating in the Russian stock market. Competitors were required to educe iOS and Android apps that could connect with our API and let our clients approach their individualal accounts, set up their services, and make online trades.

What particular tasks were iD EAST responsible for?
We tasked iD EAST with educeing a mobile app that connects to our API. The fruit lets our clients approach their individualal pages on our website. Users can set up their preferred services and make trades online, entirely on mobile.
Was there a dedicated team?
I principally interfaced with their CEO and Senior VP of Business Development. iD East’s team is comprised of a project director, two educeers each for both the iOS and Android platforms, and two testers. For nice issues, they’d also reallocate outgrowth resources from other projects on a present basis.
How did you come to work with iD EAST?
We created an open offer for a fixed quantity of work and invited almost 35 companies to delicate. Each condelicate had experience with edifice financial apps for mobile devices, and that operated within our estate. We selected two terminalists based on pricing, staff, and approach to interaction and outgrowth. After holding Skype interviews with both possible forthcoming educeers, iD EAST scored higher.

What is the terminal result of working with iD EAST?
We began working with iD EAST in August 2017. They completed the leading beta rendering of the iOS app by the end of February 2018. After a month of stabilization, we made it useful to our clients at the commencement of April.

Are there any measureable or plum results?
Our new app has been in use for separate months now. After we introduced the leading rendering, we saw a notable increase in our number of nimble users. In approachion, we’ve began to influence new clients. Our clients wonderfully esteem the new fruit iD EAST delivered. It’s had a real contact on our organisation’s reputation. Most notably, clients are now making more trades now they have the discretion to do so via mobile. It’s an excellent solution for users who only approach the platform on a weekly or monthly basis.
How did iD EAST accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
We principally interacted with iD EAST through collective debateions on Skype video calls. They were useful to debate issues almost 24 hours a day, even behind working hours. We used a bug tracker and Confluence to make changes to the software’s design and functionality. Since they’re located relatively closeby in St Petersburg, Russia, they were able to visit our Moscow offices when needed. We met in individual for the kick-off and at separate milestone points, but most of our interaction was potential.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with iD EAST?
They impressed us with their efficiency and individualal engagement in the work.
What aspects of their work would you like to get betterd?
They could better their programning and implementation on the Android outgrowth side. They’re quiet finishing that rendering and are currently behind schedule by two months.
