InterDnestrCom (IDC) - internet labor provider in Moldova. I work as network engineer there.
Desired goal
What issue was the provider supposed to deal with?
ITGLOBAL.COM?We used Cisco SCE8000 for DPI purposes. But as soon as SCE is out of life and it don',t support some advantageous components, we determined to look at new DPI solution.
What were your objectives for this project?
New DPI solution should support all common protocol types, should have advantageous web interface, should have a bunch of full-rate 10G interfaces, API, IPv6 support.

What were the reasons for choosing ITGLOBAL.COM?
We have tested separate DPI solutions. One of them has better in our tests, but it costs much more then CKAT. So, cost of the solution was one criteria. For the second, CKAT satisfied all our needs. During the tests we asked for a new component and vendor implemented it fast in the software. And also we saw that evolution of the fruit was very intensive in the last few years.
Describe the project in detail.
After we selected this fruit, we made design of the terminal implementation. Then we have bought needed hardware (servers and cables). Support of the vendor installed all needed software, we made mounting hardware in the racks. On the leading phase we put new devices to work in correspondent with SCE. After migration of all labors, we shut down SCE and now CKAT DPI works in our ISP. Servers were bought with a edge. So, to increase throughput we need only to buy a license.
Were there any dedicated directors or teams that you worked with?
We have interaction with fruit director. And also when we have any questions or troubles, we form a ticket in the support and they help us.
Results accomplishd
What results did you accomplish unitedly with ITGLOBAL.COM?
After deployment our commerce increased at 20%, but CKAT quiet works without any issues and loading can even grow. Separately I want to say almost QoE module. It shows us a bunch of different advantageous statistics which we can analyse and better our condition as labor provider.
How do you rate the interaction and interaction with ITGLOBAL.COM?
Our teems interacted using Skype and email very effectively without any delays.

The main for ISP is stability of the software. We have configured it and it works. When we need, we make additional shape and it works anew without any crashes or accomplishment degradation. And even software updates are doing without labor disintegration.
What should be done better, if there are any desired betterments?
Off order, see software can be betterd and added new components. Web UI can be betterd. And also we',d like for adding a new component - safe internet for children.
