A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation
Several years ago, I founded Epistles. We wanted to prepare a video gate that allowed users to ask and reply questions.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with Metastudio?
Because I’m not a web developer, I needed a organisation to create the gate for me.
Provided solution
What particular tasks were responsible for?
Based on some mock-ups, Metastudio developed a web-based gate using Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, and HTML. Their team was responsible for all of the technical work on the platform.
Was there a dedicated team?
I only spoke with a project director, but I believe there was a team of two developers and one tester in the background.
How did you come to work with Metastudio?
After viewing their portfolios, I emailed over 50 agencies I was interested in working with. Ultimately, I chose Metastudio. We were both located in Russia, so there wouldn’t be a speech barrier.
What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?
We spent a pliant over $20,000 on this project.
What is the terminal result of working with ?
We worked with them from December 2013–April 2014.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
They helped us better apprehend and conceptualize the goals of our project. The developed advantageous and affable features that aligned with our requirements. Unfortunately, the project didn’t take off, but it wasn’t owing of them.
How did Metastudio accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
We spoke with the project director once a week to debate our progress and program our next steps. Through congruous collaboration, we were able to determine the certain features for the gate. They were always answering when we reached out using Skype and email and we tracked the project using Basecamp. On occasion, I flew to their service to meet with the developers.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?
They are very energetic. Before converseing with us for the leading time, they had already reflection almost our project. They came to our leading interaction prepared with ideas and suggestions. It was very easy to converse with them. With other companies I initially considered, I had to reiterate project details and requirements, which showed me they didn’t read my email.
