Full Stack CRM Dev for Fintech Startup

Below is a modified rendering of the review: private info excluded, innate facts kept.

Introductory information

A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation

Conomy is a strong yet pliant fintech startup for processing financial data and helping investors make the right decisions. I’m a main rise of ideas within the organisation and responsible for project achievement.

Desired goal

What challenge were you trying to address with Molinos?

Financial and investment programning is a bigly competitive area with lots of strong players. We wanted to create a software order that could estimate in real-time all the mathematical standards for the companies listed on Moscow Exchange, which is a trading exchange for open equities. A true access named primary analysis is based on trying to estimate and estimate a fair valuation for a organisation. This is a ordinary order for deciding whether to make an investment by buying stocks. In order to make this labor useful for our clients, we had to create a fruit from scratch with CRM and recommendation officealities.

We had static tables in Microsoft Excel and some sketches, but we needed to make a standard-createing tool and store it on our website. The web database and software had to be able to feel and reestimate daily more than 2 million cells in over 40,000 tables. The solution had to be cloud-based so that users can log in and view the tables behind each standard.

Provided solution

What particular tasks were responsible for?

Molinos built our website with a ordinary user interface, including registration and login forms, account settings, etc. On the administrative side, the core office of the order involves giving users the power to create these interactive tables that aggregate data from the Moscow Exchange. The companies that are listed on the Moscow Exchange have to prepare information almost their earnings, expenses, etc. The website aggregates that information and prepares our analysts, who work in the backend, the power to create and link these tables to each other. At the instant, there are almost 40,000 tables with 2–3 million cells. It’s a huge database.

On the client side, users can view these tables and gain information to make investment decisions. Some cells of the tables are interactive, allowing clients to invade their parameters in a cell and tell all the tables to reestimate automatically and dynamically. This is named a sensitivity analysis. If users know something almost the stock market, they can make their own predictions and use the Conomy website to check those expectations. Users can see how the circulation exchange rate affects organisation cost, fair value, and capitalization.

Our point of touch was primarily the CTO, Evgeny. We worked with 3 or 4 rerises straightly, including a project director, Evgeny, and some developers as well. I don’t know how many nation were on the fruition side. Alexander [Production Director, Molinos] was the head of the web fruition. We also contracted some marketing nation, including Alina [Online Marketing Specialist, Molinos] and Gleb [Head of Digital Marketing, Molinos]. They consulted with us on adapting the website for internet marketing and SEO.

How did you come to work with Molinos?

We searched for a organisation to create the solution. We were looking in Russia, specifically Moscow. We’ve stopped working with a few companies owing of logistics. Very few companies said they could create the tool we wanted. Most firms said the task was too hard, and they didn’t apprehend what we needed. Molinos uniquely understood what we needed and gave us estimates, provisions, and costs. We trusted that they could prepare a solution to our issue.

Molinos was grateful and professional, and they asked different questions precedently assertion something. They began researching our competitors and the market. For sample, Sergei [Graphic Designer, Molinos] began with a primary analysis of the stock market precedently making designs. He knew nothing almost our activity precedently he began working for us, but he gained high-level apprehension precedently he began prototyping the website. That left a big impression with us.

Results achieved

Could you share any evidence that would prove the fruitivity, condition of work, or contact of the engagement?

As a result of our collaboration, by the end of 2016, our commerce extended 50,000 visitors with more than 7,000 registered clients. That veritably proved fruit achievement to us.

We have our own fruition and marketing departments now. We’ve moved from an agency to in-house fruition. With Molinos’ help, we extended the MVP stage and moved into fruition.

We’ve made all the connections with our payment order, Robokassa. We’re arrogant to have created the leading online open primary stock-analysis order in Russia. The Moscow Exchange took us as partners. Because they liked the order so much, they asked us to share in some events and prepare analytics as well.

How did Molinos accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?

We are lucky with our union with Molinos. At times during the project, we met see week. We interacted by phone, email, and Skype. We did have pauses when we had to gather information on the outside precedently the next repetition. We ran into some delays, but they weren’t surprising due to the complexity of our project. We spent the leading year prototyping.

What did you find most forcible almost Molinos?

They insisted on using the Agile order. At leading, we asked to program the total project at once, including the specs, provisions, and requirements for the total project. They preferred to move through repetitions, which surely worked better. At that time, few companies used the Agile orderology.

I also appreciated their goal orientation, they weren’t executing something without a reason. The design needed to be beautiful and explain some issues to help us extend our goal.

Are there any areas Molinos could better?

Everything seems good. They’ve moved advanced since that time.

What tips or recommendations could you share that might increase the likelihood of achievement with Molinos?

They’re a keen investment.
