I am head of section of SST Group, a manufacturer of consumer heating methods, oil tanks, and oil tubes. We exhibit equipment, and also educe software applications for our clients.

Desired goal

What challenge were you trying to address with Open Solutions?

We needed to educe a cloud application that would work as a distant control for the consumer devices. It’s an Internet-of-Things solution which involves our consumer equipment connecting to the cloud server, logging statistics, and allowing users to control their thermostats through an application.

What was the aim of their involvement?

Open Solutions educeed our application for iOS, Android, and web. We have a Django Python backend. We have a roadmap for educeing the fruit and creating some integrations in the forthcoming, but there are none at the instant.

What is the team dynamic?

There were 2 nation assigned to the project from our side, myself as the supervisor, and a project director. Open Solutions assigned their CTO, a project director, and a team lead. We used Skype calls and chat, email, and Redmine as a tracking method.

How did you come to work with Open Solutions?

I had a real experience previously with their team. In commercial provisions, their propose was also grateful.

What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?

The project cost has been about $50,000.

What is the terminal result of working with Open Solutions?

We began working with Open Solutions in November 2016, and have an ongoing collaboration.

Results achieved

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the contact of the engagement?

We are quiet testing the solution, so our user compute is not big. We don’t have any expressive metrics yet, but we program to see an increase in the forthcoming.

How did Open Solutions accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?

We had separate channels of interaction useful for resolving issues. If we had a comment, we could extend the CTO or CEO of Open Solutions.

What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Open Solutions?

They are good guys, and I was fully satisfied with them in provisions of software educement.

What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?

I have no criticisms for their team or the work itself.
