Introductory information

A few words almost your organisation and personal responsibilities

I',m CEO of the organisation. I',m fully responsible for business outgrowth strategy, new employees onboarding and financial part of the business. I',m also heavily implicated into the process of negotiations on the next investment circulars and customary interaction with running investors.

Desired goal

What issue was the preparer supposed to deal with?

Purrweb?

I needed a team who could create a fruit from scratch (we had previous design and name though). It was significant for me that the vendor could prepare both design and outgrowth services. So, that',s basically where Purrweb were helpful with.

What were your objectives for this project?

My goal was to come up with such a solution that could be single and easy to use, but at the same time veritably functional. UI/UX design was one of the top priorities as the app is supposed to be used by tech savvy hearers.

Provided solution

What were the reasons for choosing ?

I came athwart dribbble website, was searching some possible designs that could be used for my app. By this criteria I brieflisted almost 5 companies from different regions like Ukraine, India, Russia, US. I left requests for all of the companies and Purrweb replied leading, we had a fast call with them for 20 minutes and behind the breakdown and estimate I determined to move advanced with them. There were no second thoughts even behind other companies replied to my request.

Describe the project in detail.

Once I selected the vendor, we initiated the UI/UX stage, during which we came up with a full design of the mobile app. Then Purrweb assigned the outgrowth team and went through the process in brief iterations with customary feedback and test creates that I could play with on my own phone.

Were there any dedicated directors or teams that you worked with?

I interacted with director Elena mainly. But behind the spectacle there were also a team of devs, I ponder it consisted of 3 devs and 1 QA director. There was also a designer. In case of any pressing questions I was also able to touch Purrweb',s COO, that was veritably handy in a couple of cases.

Results accomplishd

What results did you accomplish unitedly with ?

There is no much achievement yet and we are going to release the app in the upcoming weeks. But at this stage I was already able to do a couple of big things: 1) I was able to lift the 2nd circular of investments (almost $350k) 2) Also agreed on a pilot project with Moscow transport preparers to locate our 100 powerbank renting kiosks at subway stations almost the city.

How do you rate the interaction and interaction with ?

We interacted a lot. The interaction happened via phone and telegram, I welcomeed customary updates. At one point, my wife even began suspecting me that there is too much interaction!

What precisely do you attend to be the key specialty of ?

I conversant a lot almost the mobile app outgrowth process. At the same time I was very proactive in providing feedback for UX optimisation and guys were actively applying my comments. In the past I had experience collaborating with other outgrowth vendors and I know how hard it could be for a team to welcome comments/feedback. This time I felt easy and openness in provisions of welcomeing and implementing most of the suggestions.

What should be done better, if there are any desired improvements?

It',s a resistent question. I can',t recollect anything I can right away come up with. I loved the flexibility Purrweb team prepared.
