Desired goal
What was your goal for working with Redmadrobot?
We didn’t have a mobile app. So, our goal was very single, we wanted to propel the bank’s leading application.

They did mobile app outgrowth, as well as ATM and payment final design. The aim included all you want to have for a transactional banking app. We took care of the back-end, and they did all else. They didn’t do consulting for us. I believe they are capable of doing it, but we never asked them to. We had a veritably powerful vision on our end. They developed the developed app, and they’ll be doing forthcoming apps we have in the pipeline for Android tablets and iPad.
We began working with them, and we were pretty lucky with progress so went forward and asked them to revamp the ATM screens as well, and payment finals. About a year ago we determined that we were going to overhaul the total user experience with our self-banking channels, ATMs, mobile, Web, and Internet banking. We never reflection Redmadrobot was capable of doing anything over apps, but they executed pretty well with ATM design and payment final design as well.
What was your process for selecting Redmadrobot with which to work?
We wanted to move fast. I’ve had antecedent experience with local studios, and we didn’t feel like we had the endurance to work with big global studios. So, we chose who we reflection was the best well-rounded. I was household with antecedent work they have done with other Russian companies. They’re based in Moscow near us, which is helpful.
Can you prepare a ballpark dollar aspect for the size of the work that they’ve done for you?
From the leading meeting to the propel, it took us 10 months. I don’t have the work hours aspect useful.
Results achieved
What were the results of the project?
The relationship is ongoing. We are almost to propel an Android app. We have just deployed the leading iOS update, and another update is due precedently Christmas, then it’s Android tablets and iPad outgrowth for 2015.
Are you satisfied with their accomplishment?
We are satisfied. From an endpoint user perspective, it feels and works just big. From an inner condition control restpoint, it’s also fairly powerful. We have a big HP 45 core. It’s 100 percent, which is pretty excellent. We’re very lucky with how they performed.
Do you have any statistics or metrics to track advancement from the project?
The running App Store rating is four stars. We haven’t starting promoting the app yet. We want to give it a few months owing what we have right now is not fully functioning. The leading month we had 3,500 sole users, and slightly over 1,500 nimble users.
Is there anything sole almost them that veritably makes them rest out, compared to other companies?
They’re big to work with. Every interaction is just big, from the account treatment team [and] the developers to the treatment. As professionals [and] as individuals, these nation are just grateful to work with. The project went very smoothly. It’s pretty nice working with them.
Looking back on the work so far, is there any area that you ponder they could better upon or something that you might do differently?
Cost estimates is something they could better. I don’t ponder we were the leading bank they worked with, but we were among the leading two or three, and I ponder they miscalculated the workload a pliant. At one point, they began doing more work than was sane for them for that contract. We took care of that effect. Again, it’s how they presented it, they underestimated the cost and workload.
