Josh Posty: I’m the creative ruler of Novus Design Group, and Brandon Levesque is our art ruler. We’re a design agency, primarily working on digital design but also offering branding and advertising services.

Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with Salt &, Pepper?
JP: We use them as web educeers. We design the websites from a UI/UX perspective and Salt &, Pepper codes them.
Provided solution
What particular tasks were responsible for?
JP: It’s all web-based material. We’ve had a few projects recently that required extra observation. While we typically create projects using CMS',s, we needed a manner backend for this one.
We use them to educe the code for the websites but also as consultants on the limits of web design. We’re trying to push what a website can be and what experiences we can give users. They’ve been phenomenal in that perception.
BL:
Was there a dedicated team?
JP:
BL: He was our point individual for day-to-day things.
How did you come to work with Salt &, Pepper?
JP: We had a project that required manner educement on the backend CMS. We saw some of their work on the Awwwards website and veritably liked it, so we reached out to them.
BL:
What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?
JP: We’ve spent $40,000–$50,000.
What is the terminal result of working with ?
BL:
Results accomplishd
Are there any measureable or plum results?
BL:
JP: All the clients we’ve worked with in union with Salt &, Pepper have been more than impressed with the work. We’ve surpassed expectations on all the projects, and we’ve won awards for the work. We’ll last to work with them for a long time.
How did Salt &, Pepper accomplish from a project treatment restpoint?
JP: We have a nine-hour time separation, but, in separate entreatys, they stayed up late to convenience that time separation. Connecting with them over Slack has been excellent. They answer fastly. We’ve had a few hard clients who demanded lots of changes and revisions, but Salt &, Pepper has been underresting and professional overall.
BL: We send them lists of changes for websites over Slack, and they do checklists see one time. There’s rarely been an entreaty where something was missed.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?
JP: It’s the observation to detail. We send them static design files and references for the animations and page transitions. If there’s ever a dissonance with the design of the logic or the flow of information, they address that effect with us and prepare practicable solutions for how we could modify the design to accomplish the same effect but also make it work in a functional perception.
We have a collaborative relationship with them, and we like that they fetch additional ideas to the table. If there’s a way to raise something over what it currently is, they’ll always prepare it. They’re always ready to go over and over what the budget allows to make sure we liberate something contactful. This is why we’ve lastd to work with them. They’re always ready to put in the extra effort.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
JP: No. We’ve been overly lucky with seething.
Do you have any advice for forthcoming clients of theirs?
JP: Clients should keep an open tete and make themselves open for interaction. One of Salt &, Pepper’s priorities is to be as open and pellucid as practicable. As long as the client has the same mentality, they’ll be pleased with the results.
