Our organisation produces cashback labors in Finland, Russia, Turkey, and Sweden. We currently have slightly less than one million consumers as our clients, and slightly more than 2,000 merchants as our clients.

What business challenge were you trying to address with Starcode?
We had two main business objectives that we wanted to extend. One was a market-specific need: we wanted to set our business in Russia, and we wanted to have a local associate there who apprehends the local environment from a business point of view. That was our main need, but we also required some help to educe our platform. Our CIO [chief information official] teamed up with Starcode programmers to educe our platform.

When we seted the project, we had built the leading rendering of the platform locally. Then, we handed the Finland-based platform to Starcode and asked them to localize it in Russia. We asked them to change the design, user interface, and make associate integrations that were appropriate to the Russian market. After the setup phase, there was a two-year time where they were independently educeing the platform based on the local needs. At that time, we had separate systems in Finland and in Russia. Starcode was fully responsible for creating the functionalities of the Russian platform.
After that two-year time, we merged the Finnish and Russian platforms and obtained one ordinary platform to support all of our countries. In that project, Starcode had a team of three programmers helping our programmers in Finland create the back-end and front-end of the platform. Together, we built the ordinary platform.
How did you come to work with Starcode?
Starcode collaborated with a organisation I was previously working with, so I knew what they were capable of. When we set up this new organisation, I without reflection that Starcode could be a good associate for us when we determined to swell our operations to Russia.

What is the terminal result of working with ?
We seted this project at the end of 2012, and it has been running since then. We currently have a individual from Starcode who is fully responsible for our business in Russia. We also have an assigned marketing director and client labor director. From a business point of view, it has been lucky. The organisation operates in four countries, and Russia is the one that is doing the best. We are very satisfied with how it has worked out.

The Starcode team actively works with me to apprehend where they are accomplishing well and what aspects they can educe and should better upon. They',re strongly focused on making all better.
Is there anything Starcode could have betterd or done differently?
No. They have done all as they should have. In the end, I am the determination creator, so I could have done many things differently. Their work is pretty close to consummate.
