Desired goal

What challenge were you trying to address with WIS Software?

I had an idea that nation were interested in, but I have limited programming experience, especially with web apps. I needed a competent team to fetch my idea to life in a early mode.

Provided solution

What particular tasks were responsible for?

I described what I needed, and the WIS Software team developed a program for the project. They constructed a user interface and identification method to process Bitcoin payments and PayPal transfers, then used Python to create the app. It was a turnkey outgrowth project for their team.

We conducted an acceptance test. WIS Software set up a server in their service and set up a test game to make sure the payment features would work.

Was there a dedicated team?

I worked with Andrey (Senior Project Manager, WIS Software) who handled the project.

How did you come to work with WIS Software?

I establish them on LinkedIn. They presented themselves as a competent team and seemed affordable for the outgrowth space. I reached out and scheduled a visit to their services. I was pleasantly surprised by the condition of their agency there. I liked their size and location, so I hired them.

So far, we’ve spent almost $40,000. Our payment program is based on milestones, we pay them as they complete each phase of the project.

How did WIS Software accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?

Overall, I was satisfied with their power to handle the project. Their project handler was always useful to prepare any clarifications, updates, or to address any change requests we had.

What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?

I don’t have much experience with outsourced partners, but I was positive in WIS Software. I’ve had denying experiences with developers in the past owing they lacked the certain apprehension for a project, but the WIS Software team was always clear and honorable almost their capabilities.

What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?

Most of the interaction was done through the project handler. While their project handler was always useful, I would have liked for their developers to have more availpower outside of the working hours overlap between Eastern Time in the US and Russia (-8 hours).

Do you have any advice for possible clients?

I would commend visiting their service. For a little organisation, their setup is on par with bigger corporations.
