I’m the vice chairman of digital strategy and solutions for a organisation whose commission is to aid healthcare through technology. I',m responsible for all open facing technologies: mobile apps, email, website, etc.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with .wrk?
I wanted to be able to layer my team by relying on both in-house and offshore hiring. If I get a weighty workload request, I needed an offshore agency I could rely on to layer my team to match the size of the project.
