I’m the establisher of a website that allows users to form a gift list by adding items from any online store.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with Zimalab?
We needed an agency that could complete the design of our website and educe it unitedly with a officeing script to something that would office seamlessly and be aesthetically pleasing to users.

What particular tasks were Zimalab responsible for?
We began the project with meetings to clarify the requirements and program the different iterative phases. A picturesque designer had already formd the design templates that we wanted to use, so Zimalab began with a design phase, and then had a educement phase, and terminally the propel.
In the design phase, they replicated the existing templates to form a website prototype in InVision so that we could work with it and make sure it met the requirements precedently going into the educement stage. In that stage, they built the script that can grab prices, pictures, and fruit details from other retailer’s websites. There are quiet a few websites that the script doesn’t work with, but we have propeled and are making betterments.
They also built a backend admin panel that allows us to see and handle user accounts, gift list creation and gift purchases.
Was there a dedicated team?
There were two main points of touch throughout the project, and each was a project handler during different phases: one during the design stage and one during the educement and propel stage. I never spoke straightly with any of the educeers.
How did you come to work with Zimalab?
I was searching for freelancers on Upwork and narrowed my search to vendors that had 90% and over job achievement score and had worked at smallest 10,000 hours on Upwork. I interviewed a few agencies and most seemed to not apprehend the requirements and asked questions that weren’t appropriate to the aim. Zimalab delivered a beautiful officeing website and importantly the script that is currently integral to the usability of the website also works. The script does not work on all websites, however this limitation was made clear to us by Zimalab. We have maintained a relationship with Zimalab to fix any bugs that have been establish since go-live and of order create additional officeality.
How did Zimalab accomplish from a project handlement standpoint?
I interacted with the project handlers a minimum of twice a week, and that was via email, Skype, or Wrike. I always knew the project’s status, see phase went as programned, and we met our propel deadline.

What aspects of their work would you like to get betterd?
Although we occupied in a lot of debateion with Zimalab at the set of the project, we feel there could have made more suggestions almost how the website officeality from a handlement perspective could be better. For sample, suggesting some sort of CMS method to handle text and/or pictures in key parts of the website.
Additionally, I ponder their testing phase could be more strong. There were bugs or issues that I establish that I considered plain and should have been spotted by the Project Manager during testing.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
Clear articulation of requirements is searching. We would also debate with Zimalab if any additional features/requirements should be included in aim. It is worthwhile hearing what ideas they have as they are an extremely skilled and well skilled agency that can surely better on your primary requirements.
