What challenge were you trying to address with Beetroot AB?
We’re a SaaS organisation, and we’ve been developing our fruit for many years. This outgrowth primarily happens offshore in Ukraine. It’s a never-ending process to create new features and continuously better our fruits. This is where Beetroot AB comes into play. We hired them for technical staff increase.

Their staff has more or less befit an assimilated part of our team. I’m their director, and we measure achievement metrics based on inner definitions. Overall, I’m very lucky with Beetroot AB’s delivery of top-quality candidates. In our time unitedly, there has been an extremely low level of turnover in personnel which is an significant achievement factor for us.
