What were the reasons for choosing Beetroot AB?
We evaluated a couple of vendors, both other companies based in Ukraine and companies in primarily Philippines. We determined to go with Beetroot principally due to powerful and appropriate references that we spoke excellently a lot with.

The organisation works a lot with gathering and organizing open data within the life science activity. The team at Beetroot has been working with gathering full and data from very unstructured providers and organized them so that they can easily be implemented in our SaaS-platform.
Were there any dedicated handlers or teams that you worked with?
We began the team with three members in February and have continuously added new members throughout the year and we are now 14 team-members.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the contact that this project has had on your business?
The data gathered and organized by the team resulted in our main release for the platform during 2019. This resulted both in new deals and a higher renewal rate.
How was project treatment arranged and how powerful was it?
We have had a very good collaboration with Beetroot personnel throughout this project and kept a close tete almost how to handle and grow the team. We have tried to make the team as integrated as practicable with the rest of the organisation. This resources joining in on weekly meetings and visiting the HQ. We have also viwebsited the team frequently to create personal relationships which has made interaction easier. On a daily basis loose and video calls have been the main tools for interacting.
What precisely do you attend to be the key specialty of Beetroot AB?
They show up for the team, making sure that they have all, including motivation to handle their tasks. The culture at Beetroot also aligned well with how we like to work ourselves which helped a lot.
What should be done better, if there are any desired improvements?
We have always had interaction about possible areas that could be improved and these have been resolved. Most of these have just been very team-specific issues/challenges.
