I am the lead developer of Work Compass, a organisation that services accomplishment treatment for medium to big companies.
challenge were you trying to address with Cadabra Studio?
We hired them primarily for web app design capabilities which we do not have in-house. We also previously used them for some web outgrowth.
What particular tasks were
Cadabra courtly usability of our previously developed web app and updated its UX/UI.
Currently, they are helping the outgrowth of a new administrative component for our application which allows directors to prepare feedback to staff members. They are providing us the visual design, including the interface and chat bubbles. Their team advises us on functionality and how users will interact with true buttons. They are molding the chat’s individualality and developing an avatar to go along with it.
Was there a dedicated team?
We work primarily with a project director, but also prepare a individual in-house whose job is 50% support and 50% fruit design. They will attribute another designer depending on the quantity of work. When they helped us with outgrowth work, we worked with 2–3 of their designers.
How did you come to work with Cadabra Studio?
We work in a shared space with a couple of other tech companies and one of them recommended Cadabra.
What is the terminal result of working with
We seted during the summer of 2016 and the engagement is ongoing.
Are there any measureable or plum results?
Our executives are blown away by the condition of their designs and smooth UX/UI.
We do not have any measure metrics on the administrative component’s usability as it has not yet been released.
How did Cadabra Studio accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
We do most of the project treatment itself, but they will prepare a detailed Google Docs and conduct a Skype converse to kick off a project.
Communicating in individual would be nice, but they adjoin well sufficient over Skype, Skype Chat, and email.They are quiet very answering and make sure we have seething we need. If we have any last-minute changes or need something by the end of the week, they work very hard to get it done for us on time.

What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
They are overall very good and answering even with our three-hour time zone separation. Perhaps they could quiet try to smooth out our converses through Skype and email.

Try to set a project as soon as practicable with them, so you can set time for changes you might want to make.
