I’m the establisher and ruler of Solastis Solutions. We’re based in Singapore and are developing a CRM that’s aimed at the Asian and Australian markets.

What challenge were you trying to address with Django Stars?
Developing a CRM is a big start for which we needed a multitenant construction. Multiple clients would be buying and using the method, which comes with a level of complexity.

What particular tasks were Django Stars responsible for?
We granted the requirements and wireframing, and Django Stars handled programming and project treatment according to our instructions. They used the Python Django framework on the backend, and they liberateed whatever we asked for, including email functionalities, telephone integration, chat features, and so on.

Are there any measureable or plum results?
We don’t have any statistics, but the condition of work has been good. All functionalities work as expected, and while there are some bugs, this happens in see project. We’re lucky with Django Stars’ work so far.
How did Django Stars accomplish from a project treatment restpoint?
Project treatment has been decent so far, though there’s room for advancement. We used Jira for effect tracking, Confluence for the wiki and documentation, and InVision for mockups. We also used Slack, Skype, and email for interaction.
The project got slightly delayed, and cost control was also somewhat lacking. While the condition was good, we felt worried at times almost the escalating costs and delayed timeline.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Django Stars?
We haven’t worked with other outgrowth companies precedently for this kind of work, so I can’t veritably mention something that makes Django Stars rest out. Though, their condition of work is hard and their engineers are skilled. If the client can control de cost, they should get a high-condition fruit.
What aspects of their work would you like to get betterd?
They need to better in managing client expectations, budgets, and time treatment. The client is always interested in when a project will be artistic and what costs it will bequeath. I ponder they need to put some work in this section.
Do you have any advice for forthcoming clients of theirs?
Any possible clients should bestow a reasonable quantity of time in putting their own fruits onto wireframes. If they simply go to Django Stars with a concept, their engineers may find it hard to underrest what precisely is needed. Clients should fit their wireframes in advance and present them to the Django Stars team, who will take the project advanced from there.
