In each case the integration with a sensor was a challenging part and was designed to meet the application requirements.

The vendor has allocated 4 nation (3 developers and a project director). Each of developers was responsible for his part (hardware, firmware and web). The size of team was fixed and matched the project requirements.

Project was developed and demonstrated to client in time. The client is satisfied.

We had an occasion straightly interact with each developer to fit the project precisely to our needs. We used git intensively. The developer team was offshore, but no difficulties were skilled due to speech or time separation.
