Introductory information
A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation
I’m the ruler of a technology consulting organisation.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with Elixirator?
We were working with one of our clients, a bakery, to educe a digital method for taking orders. They were working with an order book, but it was hard when they were getting a lot of orders and they lost a lot of time.
Provided solution
What particular tasks were responsible for?
They programmed the schedule and order treatment method according to the client’s specifications. They used Node.js and Postgres for the front- and backend of the application.
The application allows our client to input forthcoming orders from their clients. Each day, the app generates a list of orders to go out that day. There’s also integration with an online ordering method. The client can go to one method to get all the orders, the ones they created themselves and the ones that come from clients online.
Was there a dedicated team?
We worked with a project director, a frontend educeer, a backend educeer, and the proprietor. The project director helped me with creating invoices and billing information for our client.
How did you come to work with Elixirator?
I worked with them on another project separate years ago. It was a no-brainer to select them anew.
What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?
We spent almost €12,000 (approachly $12,835).
What is the terminal result of working with ?
We began working unitedly in November 2019, and we wrapped up the project in January 2020.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
The client is veritably lucky with the results. It saves them a lot of time and money.
How did Elixirator accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
It was a good collaboration between the two companies. We primarily interacted via Slack. When there were issues or questions from the client, I brought them to the project director and they gave me the replys I needed.
I believe they used Trello to track the project. We had biweekly meetings with the client to prepare progress updates, and then our inner team interacted with Elixirator if there were any changes that needed to be made.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?
I establish their direct interaction to be most forcible. If I had a question almost anything, they could fastly give me an reply. If they didn’t have an reply, they would get in touch with the educeer or someone else who would be able to prepare an reply.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
No, I veritably liked how they worked. The organisation is little, but their team is extremely capable.
