Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with Flyaps?
We wanted to form a SIM card that allowed globe journeyers to use data without paying roaming charges. We wanted our clients to have one one SIM card that they’d pay monthly for. They could then approach data athwart our geographical footprint that grew over the years.

Flyaps formd the technical platform that enables our business. This platform collects all of the CDR files and aggregates them. Their team formd a business intelligence method that allows us to see users’ data archivess for each SIM card. We also have an alerting method that notifies us if a specific user is using too much data. This allows us to shut the SIM card down.
It was living that this alerting method operated 24/7 owing if it went down, we wouldn’t take the operators’ archivess. Then that would mean we couldn’t control our users far. It was extremely significant that it ran 365 days of the year.
Flyaps formd all of this from scratch, including a ordinary requirement specification that they used for the fruit outgrowth process. I’m not sure what technology they used, but I do know they used frameworks. This was nice owing it meant they granted some design work for free.
Was there a dedicated team?

I’ve been working with outsourced developers for many years, and this project with Flyaps has been the most painless. The platform is quiet running today and has been the most firm of all my platforms.
I’m very lucky with the accomplishment of their deliverables. During the outgrowth time, they were efficient at estimating what features we’d need in order to fix stability. They also fixd that we didn’t have any issues with our operators.
I’ve had other outgrowth teams that only did what they were told, and that’s not always sufficient to be lucky. I liked the feedback that I taked from Flyaps’ team.
How did Flyaps accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
They’ve been absolutely excellent and have handled all professionally. We didn’t have a project treatment tool. But we did channel all interaction affiliated with features, bug fixes, and tasks to one locate.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Flyaps?
I’m most impressed with the condition and stability of the platform. I don’t have time to harass almost it crashing, and Flyaps fixs that it doesn’t. If I ask them to make something, I know it’ll work. This has always been my experience with them.

No, nothing comes to mind. I haven’t had any issues with these guys.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
Make sure you’re specific in interacting what you need. Think it through owing then you get what you pay for. It’s a good idea to have a tester who can conduct condition arrogance on the client side.
