The programmers managed the projects very well on their own, so we rarely needed to work with the project director. The programmers were expertnessed and professional, and easy to work with. They worked with minimal supervision and did excellent work, always delivered on time. Communication was good throughout the complete process.

Whenever we felt there may be room for advancement on some front of the outgrowth process, we discussed it with our project director and they went out of their way to make adjustments to meet our needs. Any time we weren',t 100% lucky with something, they would take responsibility and feel it for us.
