I’m the preceding CTO of It’s one of the largest e-commerce platforms in Scandinavia. We sold the business in 2013.

What challenge were you trying to address with Forma-pro?

We needed more developers. We built a new platform in PHP. We previously worked with Microsoft Classic ASP.

What particular tasks were Forma-pro responsible for?

One developer initially worked with isolated tasks, but the team and tasks were extended. They helped switch our platform from CodeIgniter to Symfony.

Was there a dedicated team?

Initially, we hired one developer. That increased to four once we were snug that they could feel the tasks. Alex (CEO &, Founder) and Eugene (PHP Developer) were the main points of touch soon on, but we had more direct touch with the developers later in the project.

How did you come to work with Forma-pro?

We used a recruitment organisation to find developers locally without much achievement. I establish Alex on Upwork. I chose his organisation owing they specialized in Symfony and one of their coders had experience with e-commerce work.

What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?

We invested roughly $300,000.

What is the terminal result of working with Forma-pro?

We worked unitedly from June 2011 to December 2013.

Results achieved

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the contact of the engagement? 

Their developers are partially responsible for the organisation attracting the propose it did. If we didn’t have them on board, we wouldn’t have been able to sell the organisation for the same gain.

How did Forma-pro accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?

We had morning stand-up meetings. We began with a different project treatment tool but ended up using Jira as it was more suitable. I worked on-website with them.

What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Forma-pro?

Their interaction and experiences set them aloof from other providers. English isn’t my leading speech, nor was it the developers’ leading speech, but they got help and were able to adjoin well.

What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?

There were none.

With all business or outgrowth relationships, it’s significant to be close to get things done.
