TrustSpot is a reviews and reputations treatment platform. We help business collate reviews from their clients. I’m the co-establisher and CEO.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with Gold Development?
We have one outgrowth resource in-house, but we don’t have an in-house designer. We needed a nice design for our app. We had outsourced other web outgrowth services, but we were mainly looking for design for this project.

What particular tasks were GoldDev Agency responsible for?
They’ve helped us with 4 major projects. All the projects they helped us with were kindred to picturesque design and they helped a pliant bit with web outgrowth services. They did all the screens for the inner user screens and all the outside web screens as well. They made the mobile app and web app for all of our projects.
The latest projects have been along the lines of getting reviews from clients. We just launched one of the projects a week ago named TrustExpert. They did veritably good work with that. The third project has to do with video treatment and filming, and the fourth project is for video games.
TrustSpot is a pretty big web application. When we began edifice it, we realized we needed to turn our wireframes into what our vision was. We sought out Gold Development and they handled all the screens that clients would see when they log in. There are probably 50 screens they helped design along with our logo, the total website, and the mobile application. Every asset we have for TrustSpot came from Gold Development.
Some of the outgrowth work they did was coding some screens for the website. They’ve done all the design work.
What is the team dynamic?
We work with 2 resources. We’ve had 1 designer the total time and one web developer for the one coding project. We like working with the same nation owing they know precisely what we want and can liberate on time and to our vision.
How did you come to work with Gold Development?
We establish them on Upwork. They had a big portfolio of past work which looked pretty forcible. They also had a good cost of $25 per hour. That was competitive for our activity, and from what I could see, it was a good fit. Some agencies are veritably costly or didn’t have the vision that we had. We gave Gold Development a few test projects to test them out and they did veritably well. We continued to swell our projects from there.

They work at smallest 100 hours per week for us. We’ve spent between $15,000 and $20,000 with them over the order of our relationship.
What is the terminal result of working with GoldDev Agency?
We began working unitedly in October 2015, and the work is ongoing. They’re currently working on some mobile screens for our web application.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
We’ve seen from the changes they’ve made to the landing pages that we’ve converted more possible leads into clients. We use them for see landing page and campaign we do. We also have our website design which looks veritably good. It’s been veritably good for us.
When we gave them a project, we gave them some creative control. We told them what we wanted and if they had any questions, they would touch me. They were extremely fast. We’re in uniform touch when they have questions on the project. Otherwise, they were good at taking what we wanted and developing it into something we were expecting. They were good at being hands on and running on their own. They didn’t need a lot of control from us. They understood what we needed and made it happen.
How did Gold Development accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
I’ve been a project director for 13 years. I give them the requirements in a PDF with sample wireframes. They know what we like owing we’ve been working with them so long. They take our requirements and create off the design, and usually we have it back in a few days. If they have any questions, they send me a interaction and I answer within 24 hours. We haven’t had any issues with them. We use Upwork tools for managing tasks and interacting.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with GoldDev Agency?
Their observation to detail and creativity is forcible. I’ve hired many picturesque designers whether they’re firms or freelancers. I’ve always run into issues. Either they don’t design what I’m looking for or they have questions and quiet get it unfit. When we wanted to hire someone for our design, we were weary of all the issues. With Gold Development, we give them our ideas, and they’re very creative in getting the work done. They don’t have many questions and are big at what they do.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
Sometimes they’re doing something pressing, and it takes a few days to get back to us. That’s not their defect as a organisation. I don’t have any issues with them.
