family.Task: To create an interface that will simplify the solution of financial and insurance issues and optimize the interaction between the patient, his or her family, physician, employer, and insurance company in the simplest and most convenient way.
Target audience: Employees of large companies, claiming insurance compensation, and their families, Employers, Other US residents who need medical care.
Research
Tasks: To understand the users of our product, how they think, what affects their decisions, and what issues our product can fix.
Conduct interviews with the target audience through videoconferencing from the US.
Visualization (draft UI design)
Task: To create a draft visualization for iterative product testing and further to design a good user experience for users.

Because the new way of serving patients and doctors is based on machine learning, the updated experience had to be made easy and interesting for users to use and learn.
