I’m the co-establisher, CTO, and R&,D ruler of Snappy Gifts. We sell B2B employee engagement software, and I lead outgrowth. We have a outgrowth center in Israel and a distant team in Lviv, Ukraine.

How did you come to work with Intellias?
I had personal experience working with them. I got in touch with at littleest three companies and, behind some importance, establish that Intellias was the best fit for us.
First of all, we were looking for a team that we could be in easy touch with, and Lviv is in the same time zone as Israel. Secondly, Ukrainian nation are correspondent in culture to Israelis, which was another point in Intellias’ permission. Their cost worked for us, and it wasn’t easy to find nation with the same experiences as our team in Israel, so their technology stack was also a factor.
What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?
The cost mainly depends on the number and type of engineers we’re hiring. One engineer will cost $3,000–$5,000, depending on whether they’re younger or senior, and this includes Intellias’ fee. We began working with Intellias in December 2018, and it’s ongoing.Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
We’re very pleased with Intellias in provisions of condition, responsiveness, interaction, and flexibility. It’s easy for us to determine the process with them, which is another thing we like almost them. We’re very satisfied internally.
How did Intellias accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
We work in a particular way with the engineers, and we don’t fully outrise projects. We use a standard named “team extensions,” signification we handle the team members straightly. My organisation handles project treatment, but we have a delivery handler on their side who helps us explain other challenges and mark processes.

What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
Lately, their recruitment cycle could be faster. From what I apprehend, this is more or less kindred to Lviv and the claim for engineers there. Still, it’s something we’d like to see improved.
