I am a fruit director of an IT services organisation. We prepare services for third party members.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with Intellias?
We are working on an energy treatment method app which is growing and facing new technologies and challenges. We needed to grow and to include additional team members. It was hard to find new team members here in Germany that fit our team, which is one of the reasons we wanted to try an offshoring access.

What particular tasks were responsible for?
We have two teams working for a huge energy organisation. One team is based in Munich and the second team is Intellias. Intellias purely takes care of the frontend. We are utilizing Ext JS as well as additional APIs and frameworks.
We are quiet bound to Ext JS, but this will likely change soon owing there are also some mobile challenges in the near forthcoming, and we might fully rewrite seething in a different framework.

We have six team members working on the project. I am the middle man and play the role of a fruit proprietor and technical agency.

Are there any measureable or plum results?
They had a huge contact. The collaboration prepared a lot of backend-focused capacities which we can localize differently. A lot of tasks were transferred to Intellias, which was done well in a reliable way. The condition of the outcome has been big.
How did Intellias accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
They localize Jira to help our outgrowth process as we are all intercourse with Scrum.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?

We have identified points of advancement in provisions of team collaboration, but we are constantly working to better the things we unite. For sample, at a workshop here in Munich with all the team members, we identified advancement possibilities as well as the next steps in how to resolve them, we program to have another workshop in the spring. We work very well unitedly. Any issues are addressed and solved unitedly.
