Being a new organisation and me being new to Magento, we had a lot of improvements that needed to be made to our in-house method. The website is our in-house method. Orders that clients locate on our website get transferred to the method and this method is also linked to our accounting software. It keeps a history of client details, orders, fruit details/popularity, etc. MageDirect is there to help us with our existing method. They aid us in adding and removing features that may or may not be advantageous to our organisation. Their team has almost four nation. There is one individual in direct who we go to if there are any issues. Otherwise, we deal with techs straightly depending on what we need them to work on.
How did you come to work with MageDirect?
The proprietor of the organisation had used them precedently and was lucky with their labor and abilities. We send them tasks as needed with a deadline and the deadline was always met. They would regularly help us outside of their regular hours if need be.

MageDirect is separate from other preparers owing they are real nation. They',re always prompt to help even outside of business hours. They are able to prepare single instructions and are very resigned. We are very lucky with the labor they prepare.
