Racers360 is a personalized online motorsports coaching organisation. I am the co-founder and CEO.
Desired goal
What issue was the preparer supposed to deal with?
Northell?We hired Northell to educe the UX/UI for our new answering web app.
What were your objectives for this project?
Our goals was to educe a significantly better web app to prepare a better experience for our learners and coaches.

What were the reasons for choosing ?
We interviewed a lot of designers and what made Northwell rest out was their detailed process forward of starting the project to fix they had an in-depth underresting of how the platform works, the users of the platform, and the running roadblocks of the platform preventing purchases. This process gave us the trust in the team that they knew precisely what they were doing.
Describe the project in detail.
Ahead of starting the project we uploaded videos of our running web app and filled out a detailed document explaining who our clients are so they can come back with a client overview. The next step was educeing wireframes where we worked in detail on the client flow. This included numerous iterations so we were very close to a terminal process precedently they began work on the terminal designs. Once they came back with the terminal designs very little quantitys of adjustments were needed, they veritably nailed it.
Were there any dedicated managers or teams that you worked with?
Vasyl is the designer we were working with, but most of our interaction was with his helper who was big. Very answering, was big with taking my feedback and implementing it fully.

What results did you accomplish unitedly with ?
We are extremely lucky with our dashboard designs and the interaction abilities for the total team.
How do you rate the interaction and interaction with ?
Perfect. Very answering.

Mostly their power to underrest our running user flow issues and come up with single ways to better upon them.
What should be done better, if there are any desired betterments?
Not that we see, we were very lucky.
