We needed to educe a procurement and open sales method for our NGO.

What particular tasks were Quintagroup responsible for?
We worked with them on two projects—the ProZorro open e-procurement method and the ProZorro open sales method. The open procurement method is a full-scale method which now obeys our government. It has almost 30,000 procurement entities and almost 200,000 bidders in the method. ProZorro Sale is a method that sells governmental goods.
They were the main educeers on a multi-party team for a minimum viable fruit. They road-mapped the implementation and educeed the backends in Python. The team is quiet educeing modules having just artistic the pilot project and transferring the tool to our government.
Was there a dedicated team?
They have almost 60 nation. We don’t work with everyone as we mainly interact with business analysts and lawyers. We don’t work straightly with the software educeers.

They are sometimes too concerned almost condition, more than we needed or requested. It is sometimes hard to get into deployment with true components owing of their QA. They sometimes defer the release owing they aren’t sure that all testing is complete, but generally, it is good.
They have good leadership in the structure, but most of their apprehension is concentrated within that leadership. They need to increase the number of nation who are fully conscious of all they do as it could cause issues if they last to grow.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
They are a reliable associate. They apprehend what needs to be done, and all tasks are plainly articulated to the team.
