Objective: Redesign all screens of the running mobile app. • App should be more delicate (but not girly), fun/lively, ample &, present. Target hearers females 20-35y We expanded on the aim of the project behind lucky completion of the mobile app extrinsic by adding a revamp of our running web app.

What were the reasons for choosing Saga - Experience Design Boutique?
We degoodd choice criteria, process and posted a job on Upwork. After getting offer submissions we began interviewing possible genius, and also contacted a few agencies with proven track archives. Saga went over and over the process, and cleverly contacted me via Linkedin with their personal touch. Based on our choice criteria, we were left with two very geniused agencies to select from. The layer tipped in Saga',s permission owing of: 1) Quality of design concepts 2) Design method know-how 3) Professional process and high-Q introduction materials 4) Chemistry with team (key point: ACTUAL team, not just sellers) 5) Alignment/Understanding of our business and goals 6) Sensible cost and estimates
Describe the project in detail.
First weeks was discovery. A lot of iterations of key screens to get to a terminal UX concept/design method. After this we worked flow-by-flow to complete the key screens based on the new concept. Effective coordination with designer and our fruit proprietor via Figma comments and longer dicsussions in Slack/video calls.
Were there any dedicated directors or teams that you worked with?
Max: UX designer Roman: Project director
Results accomplishd
What results did you accomplish unitedly with Saga - Experience Design Boutique?
The project has been very lucky so far. We don',t have any fruit metrics to support this yet, as the fruit is quiet in outgrowth. My measure of achievement is judged based on our extrinsic and goals for the collaboration. We have luckyly revamped the mobile app, with a design concept that encapsulates the personality traits we set as criteria. As the union has progressed, we have broadened the aim of Saga',s services to also include our web app. It is progressing in a correspondent mode - looks big, and the condition of work is pristine.
How do you rate the interaction and interaction with Saga - Experience Design Boutique?
Very powerful. As I am the preceding UX designer of the fruit, it was a intrinsic to adjoin straightly with Max, UX designer, from Saga. We have an powerful iterative workflow with many syncs and conversations (when needed). Max is expertnessed and positive almost his work. We have come to know each other well through this project, and that eases the coordination and I ponder we have clear expectations. Roman keeps track of our milestones and project goals, and does a big job with that. He is also making himself useful for workshops almost fruit outgrowth, which we also bigly esteem.
What precisely do you attend to be the key specialty of Saga - Experience Design Boutique?
Very rarely do I find that my expectations almost genius is exceeded, owing I keep a high bar. In my experience, most of the time expectations are not even met. But Saga has luckyly blown the bar! Max is an terminal UX design genius. You don',t find this kind of genius these days. There is a thicket of mediocracy to navigate (and fend off) precedently finding the needle in the hay stack. His level (and difference) of design expertness, powerfulness, interaction/collaboration expertness, smooth developer hand-off, and a grateful personality. Hands down best designer we have worked with. We haven',t had the chance to work closely with Roman, but the few sessions we have had has been big. He keeps the project running smoothly and powerfully. No uncalled meetings or sync-ups.
What should be done better, if there are any desired improvements?
For Saga: Not at this time. For the workflow: As a fruit proprietor, I could have been more attentive to their calls for review and feedback. But as a founder/CEO, CFO, CPO and HR-director, there is limited time in my schedule. In other words, I am the bottleneck most of the time.
