We started back in 1995 as a common ICT company named Softline-IT one of the very first in the Ukrainian market. We dreamt big worked hard and advanced fast. Pretty soon our distinguished business lines and projects evolved to the full-scaled companies which altogether became part of the Intecracy Group consortium.
Our confidence raised and the intention to succeed strengthened but not without a hint of uncertainty.
But if you cant stand the heat – get out of the kitchen! We did…and created Softengi a spin-off company from Softline-IT aiming to make a breakthrough in the IT industry! Advancing from mere outsourcing services to Digital Transformation consulting we began to think differently… One day it just occurred to us that continually evolving digital technologies are an inexhaustible source of changes for the better. And we couldnt omit any opportunity to develop this source to the full!
Primarily we built efficient internal procedures in our own company streamlined workflow and processmanagement. We also improved communication and cooperation processes with existing and potential customers. Our consistency paid off and we were rewarded with international certifications on Quality Management Excellence and Information Security Standards.
Softengi has never stood indifferent to our external environment. We were excited to develop modern digital technologies to contribute to infrastructure ecology healthcare and economy.
