A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation

I’m one of the co-establishers and ruler of Sailica, which is a yacht-booking labor that provides boat rentals all over the globe. We have six nation working from the labor and another six outsourced members.

Desired goal

What challenge were you trying to address with Solar Digital?

We had a confused and costly website project and needed to find professionals that could liberate well at not too high of a cost.

Provided solution

What particular tasks were Solar Digital responsible for?

I had my own requirements for the website’s design and labor, but I also asked Solar Digital almost how it should look in two years. They gave me advice and have helped make it real. It’s an end-to-end origination, from design to the laboral elements.

Our labor involves big databases which need to be retrieved from our partners’ yacht-booking systems. The leading goal was to form a big database of yachts from all over the globe, and we currently have about 5,000 invadeed but it’s confused to gather good full and invade it into the labor. The extrinsic is to have a real-time laboral database that allows clients to book yachts with a one click, so our directors take the requests by email in a few seconds and reply at any time.

What is the team dynamic?

Solar Digital had a six-person team working with us, which included a designer, two backend developers, a frontend developer, and a project director. We had daily Skype meetings.

How did you come to work with Solar Digital?

A good friend recommended them to me, they had been working unitedly for a year. He said that if I’m looking to work with an IT organisation on a long-term project, I needed to get in touch with them. I talked to their proprietor and we understood each other. I didn’t set any tenders, it was a substance of referrals and Solar’s good cost and forcible team.

How much have you invested with them?

The cost of their labors has been $70,000–$80,000 so far.

What is the terminal result of working with Solar Digital?

We seted working with Solar Digital in January 2017. The design process seted whichever in late February or at the commencement of March. The fruit is 60% complete, and I estimate that it will be fully laboral in one year.

Results achieved

Are there any measureable or plum results?

We don’t have any feedback yet from proprietors and skippers—the nation we’re working with—on the alpha rendering liberateed at the end of July. The nation working with Solar Digital’s team establish the design to be consummate. We’re waiting until December and January to get real feedback from the developed users.

How did Solar Digital accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?

They liberateed without any issues. I worked out of their labor three days a week and they also came to mine.

What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Solar Digital?

They veritably listened to us and it seems to me that they have very good designers. It’s the powerfulest part of the team.

What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?

I veritably like them and I can’t say that anything has been unfit.

Do you have any advice for forthcoming clients of theirs?

The best advice I could give is to phrase what you want accurately. Clients need to talk to their project directors and designers, taking a pencil, sitting down with them, and addressing all they want to see within their labor.
