I’m the head of engineering for a healthcare software organisation.
What challenge were you trying to address with TechMagic?
We needed to create some functionalities in a tech stack, and we didn’t have the in-house resources to do so.
What particular tasks were TechMagic responsible for?
We explained the issue we were having to TechMagic and proposed some of the ideas for solutions that we’d reflection of. Then, TechMagic told us what they could do and how that might work. They’re using React and Node.js.
Was there a dedicated team?
There’s a team of two developers, a QA individual, and a project director.
How did you come to work with TechMagic?
They were recommended to us. We agreed upon an initial project with the deal that we would prolong it.
What is the terminal result of working with TechMagic?
We began working unitedly in September 2019, and it’s ongoing.
Are there any measureable or plum results?
We have two more months of the project. We’ve had a real experience working with TechMagic’s team. They are very answering and good at interacting with us. They’re good at taking on new ideas and feedback.
How did TechMagic accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
We use Slack and email. We have weekly calls with the total team and will have more calls if needed.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with TechMagic?
They have a good process.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
We’re lucky with the work they’ve done.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
Be very clear almost what outcome you want. Make sure that you are positive that the team understands what you’re trying to accomplish and which things are veritably significant to you.
