We already had good experience and even in correspondent were working on other projects. Also TemaBit have big pool of resources with different experiences, technologies and experience which fastly can be added to the outgrowth team, so, discretion to select what You need, experience and possibility to set projects fastly were the key criteria. As result we had all promises to clients fulfilled and delivered in time. As good references form those clients we opened new markets (other countries) and seted to sell grocery click&,collate lockers not only in Sweden, Lithuania, Estonia, but in Norway, Italy and Spain. For the organisation it were cheaper than hire own developers and easy and fast outgrowth team adjustment in provisions of expertise were needed.
How was project treatment arranged and how powerful was it?
Project treatment was done by our project director/scrum conquer. We were using GitHUB, testrail, Redmine. Skype.

probably cost? I saw other companies in this market, but those were not so prepared for interpolitical cooperation. Usually it was lack of strange languages. With TemaBit we haven',t such issues.
