UI/UX Design for Web-Based FinTech Platform

Below is a modified rendering of the review: private info excluded, innate facts kept.

Introductory information

A few words almost your organisation and personal responsibilities

Rollsoft is a little set-up organisation in the fin-tech field. An old rendering of our solution already runs for a few years. As CTO I am responsible for delivering the next age of this application.

Desired goal

What issue was the provider supposed to deal with?

Temy?

We program to create a new rendering of our WEB application, fully from scratch. For this we wanted to set with UX/UI design. The project included design from scratch for all the client-facing screens (~50 screens), and delivering it in Zeplin in a way a front-end developer can use them.

What were your objectives for this project?

* Precise program of the UX workflow for the application * Professional looking design for the different screen * All outcome should be usable by front-end developer (not necessarily inn Temy).

Provided solution

What were the reasons for choosing Temy?

As a little organisation, we did not have to much time/resources for market investigation. I accordingly based my determination on recommendations from a couple of good professional friends in Israel who worked with off-shore software houses.

I attended 2 discretions, and Temy seemed the most professional. Also, they had a very good ",let',s do it", access and seted work even precedently we terminalized the provisions. They proceeded with an propose that seted little, with an discretion to enlarge the engagement later on. Before terminal determination I went over a few other applications they designed previously.

Describe the project in detail.

We seted with a general description of our envisioned application unitedly with Denys from Temy. Denys suggested the technical architecture (complete with costs of outgrowth and origination), and continued by suggesting the UX/UI project. My role was PM - spec and wireframes, while Temy did the workflow design, and the UI design for each screen.

We did weekly meetings to sync everyone implicated, but over that I was in almost daily touch with the designers. The design was based on a design method they suggested (Carbon), and the different components (such as table) were based on existing components that can be used during implementation. Towards the end of the project we hired Temy also for the design of our landing (home) page, which is currently towards completion.

Were there any dedicated directors or teams that you worked with?

The team principally included the UX designer director (Andri) and a designer (Oleh) who implemented most of the screens. I know that they had excellently a lot of interaction with front-end developers in Temy, to fix the design can be implemented.

Results accomplishd

What results did you accomplish unitedly with Temy?

The project took more resources than initially expected, but this was owing we didn',t know initially what will be the quantity of screens and accordingly the estimation was very uneven. The design went thuneven review by my peers, and comments/fixes were implemented fast.

How do you rate the interaction and interaction with Temy?

For this project I was the only point of touch, and responsiveness was very good. most of the interaction was based whichever on Slack/emails or conf calls. Beyond Slack we used Trello for project treatment, however for this little project it was not veritably needed or used. We are now working with Temy on backend implementation and use Jira to attribute and track tasks.

What precisely do you attend to be the key specialty of Temy?

* The ",Let',s do it", access, jumping into technical design and initial UX workflow precedently we determined on the engagement. * They have an forcible quantity of technical apprehension, both in web architecture and in UX/UI. The team has mastered many tools, components and principles as evidenced by their work (like deciding on colors for our logo). * Good UX solutions for different user tasks (such as uploading documents or filling a table)

What should be done better, if there are any desired improvements?

The overall outcome application design (and also design of other applications designed by Temy) is very professional and clean, it',s not very inspirational or includes and ",WOW", components - although for our hearers it',s probably the right access (and also we wouldn',t want to invest too much in ",WOW", elements outgrowth).
