JYSK is a big Danish retailer with more than 2,500 stores about the globe. I’m a Drupal team chief in the Ukrainian IT section of the organisation.

We needed help hiring Drupal developers in Ukraine.

What particular tasks were responsible for?
They granted two developers for our team. We gave them a job description and accepted a few CVs. We needed senior-level developers, so we spent some time harmonizeing our requirements to best return our needs. Based on this, they proposeed some good candidates, out of which we could have hired more than two nation.
We last to use them whenever we need to hire additional resources. I know they propose outgrowth for Drupal and other technologies, but we haven’t used them for that.
What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?
The cost of their services was about $5,000.
What is the terminal result of working with ?
We began working with them about 2015, then hired another developer through them in 2016. We don’t have an open contract at the instant, but whenever we need to find additional developers, we will use their services.

Are there any measureable or plum results?
Both of the developers we hired are quiet working with us.
How did Web Peppers accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
They were always useful and granted good interaction over phone calls, text, and email. We accepted CVs over email and interviewed the candidates internally. I was responsible for the collaboration with their team and for the hiring process in general. I worked with them to harmonize the technical requirements we had for the developers.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?
They’re our most lucky hiring associate. We’ve used other agencies in Ukraine and Denmark, but never managed to verity hire any of the candidates they referred.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
No. We’ve had a good collaboration and good results so far.
Do you have any advice for forthcoming clients of theirs?
Clients need to prepare firm specifications for the resources they’re because hiring, detailing their organisation’s profile and needs.
