Introductory information

A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation

I’m the CTO of a software organisation that provides back-office software for schools and school boards.

Desired goal

What challenge were you trying to address with a1qa?

We were looking for help edifice a test automation framework and automated test cases so we don’t have to do as much manual rehandle testing. Prior to this engagement, we had zero automation.

Provided solution

What particular tasks were a1qa responsible for?

We went through a discovery phase where we conversant almost them and they conversant almost our specific challenges and what we wanted to accomplish. They put unitedly a demo of the things they’ve done and can do using our technology stack. After that, we had separate other questions touching how our teams would work unitedly. Once that was done, we dealt with the commercial provisions and what the business relationships would look like.

A1QA built for us the automation framework, reporting, integration with our create pipelines, and automated nightly runs.  In accession, we attribute them automation scenarios which they then code and add to the suite.

They also helped us migrate from Teamcity to Azure DevOps, and we also utilized them for accomplishment testing and to create a PowerBI dashboard (using their parent structure - iTransition).

How did you come to work with a1qa?

We had referrals to three companies from special equity partners.  I interviewed all three and determined on A1QA based on a union of technical experiences and pricing.

What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?

We’ve spent over $100,000 since we began our engagement.

What is the terminal result of working with a1qa?

We began working unitedly in October 2018 and we last to work unitedly.

Results accomplishd

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the touch of the engagement?

We measure our QA automation and how much time it saves us during our regular release processes. That has grown from zero automation to almost 60% of our application flows being automated, saving us thousands of hours see region (we release see two weeks). In verity we wouldn',t run all the manual rehandle testing so by having automation we have faster releases and higher condition.

How did a1qa accomplish from a project handlement standpoint?

They are very good at estimating work and interacting when things are slipping. Our teams chat daily.  Between the exactness and interaction they are easy to work with. They are good collaborators, and handle our work as a team effort as opposed to a vendor-client relationship.

What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with a1qa?

They are technically very powerful.

What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?

When we wanted to swell to accomplishment testing and PowerBI outgrowth we had to work with their parent organisation - iTransition.  The parent organisation is big, but we now had to work with different project managers instead of having a one point of touch. Not a big deal, but it would be helpful if they could streamline that.
