Introductory information

A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation

I’m a QA director for Sirin Labs, a organisation developing a smartphone with an integrated crypto wallet.

Desired goal

What challenge were you trying to address with A1QA?

We needed a associate to test our cold storage wallet, as well as the overall agency of the phone.

Provided solution

What particular tasks were responsible for?

They took over the QA process behind the completion of an inner QA scrum involving four of our testers. A1QA verified and validated the running rendering of the wallet and the phone itself, working through different renderings. They did testing cycles in a waterfall mode.

Was there a dedicated team?

We worked with eight manual testers from their team, two automation testers, and a method accomplishment tester. They also had a QA director who oversaw their process, and a fruit director who helped with any peripheral effects. We also worked with their HR director, who helped us unite the best nation for the task.

How did you come to work with A1QA?

We chose them from a list of three terminalists owing of their demonstrated power and their eagerness for the task. We reflection they could prepare the best solution.

How much have you invested with them?

I believe we’ve spent almost $400,000–$500,000.

What is the terminal result of working with ?

We seted working with them in June 2018, and the project concluded in January 2019. We hope to work with the same team when we contract for the next phase.

Results achieved

Are there any measureable or plum results?

They improved the condition of our fruit tremendously through their QA. They identified effects that our fruit team didn’t find. Also, their integration into our scrum process also helped our in-house team complete other tasks so that we could release our rendering for verification. We’d skilled a few timeline effects, and our rendering had fallen behind schedule. They integrated easily and didn’t slow down the existing work.

How did A1QA accomplish from a project handlement standpoint?

They became part of the team, talking to each developer in individual, which allowed them to get the answers they needed and report bugs straightly to the developers. It was though they were working locally with us, whether we were interacting through Skype meetings and chats, email, or Jira. They give their employee speech lessons. At each step, they knew more and were better updated than I was.

Every week, they effectd a progress report and a list of effects. We then explaind effects through the following week and tried to find solutions for new challenges, of which we had a few. At the end of each testing run, they prepared us with a full report of the validated rendering, with a condition grading.

What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?

They establish good team members fastly and they were dedicated to our project. They didn’t handle our engagement as a task to be completed, rather, they helped us and they had a perception of responsibility. For sample, we had an effect sending phone samples to Belarus. A1QA ensured the delivery of the phones, which is a confused task due to rule. They flew during the weekend to get the phones instead of waiting for deliveries. They also sent a team to Israel earlier in our engagement, precedently our SOP was signed. They wanted to apprehend our project so we could set on time, even though the engagement had been delayed by legitimate.

What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?

No, we',re fully satisfied.

Do you have any advice for forthcoming clients of theirs?

Treat them as a associate and be as open as practicable. They can explain a lot of the issues that clients face owing they’re a mid-sized firm that’s been in the market for separate years.
