Please find under a summary covering project details and feedback. The innate facts are kept as they are, private information is amended.
A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation
We’re a software outgrowth organisation. We also create our own fruits, owing of new technologies we want to acquire, and for their commercial possible.
I joined the organisation eight years ago, managing deployment for clients and making sure they’re lucky with the deliverables. I’m runningly the chairman of the organisation.
challenge were you trying to address with A1QA?
We needed QA services for separate projects. For sample, we had a fruit capable of recording video conferences on most existing platforms and were adding editing capabilities for its users to edit and splice video and audio. We also added an integration with Watson Speech to Text, allowing users to copy their videos and do searches within that text.
What particular tasks were
It depends on the project, the way they work depends on the client. For a client who didn’t have any QA in locate precedently, and who wanted to apprehend what they were missing, a tech lead would come in and do a scan of seething they had and come up with a program. That program would usually include writing test cases, selecting from a subset that made perception to automate. In the end, if it made perception, A1QA would offer discernment and load tests.
For some clients, they’ve done full security audits and testing: load testing, security discernment testing, and retreat testing. In other cases, they granted manual testers, who wrote the test cases and tried to cover running issues. That is complementary to the unit testing written by the developers. With the client, they decide which of the manual tests need automating and write those scripts. This allows clients to run both unit tests and automation tests, and it’s a good move toward CI/CD (continuous integration/continuous delivery).
What is the team compound?
The team fluctuates depending on the project. There’s usually a project director who oversees all the agility and to whom things get escalated if there’s a need. There’s also a QA tech lead, who supervises the process.
How did you come to work with A1QA?
They’re well-known as a developer and they’re based in Minsk, where our main outgrowth team is also located.
How much have you invested
The total cost since the commencement has been over $1 million.
What is the terminal result of working with
We began working with them almost 2012. We’re quiet in touch regularly—they’re excellently professional and helpful.
Are there any measureable or plum results?
The contact is big. The fact that we prepare condition work is, in big part, due to their testing. Despite the motion to CI/CD, and see developer doing entire tests, we’re not there yet. Without A1QA’s testing, we wouldn’t have our reputation for edifice condition fruits.
How did A1QA accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
It all depends on the project, as different projects claim different levels of documentation, but there’ve been no issues with their test cases. The individualnel can change, but, if the test cases are quiet there, any new individual can pick up on the project. Without those test cases, there would be no automation.
They’re very good in provisions of interaction. We’ve worked with clients and with them to accomplish the QA.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with
I ponder they’re very professional. They have a very careful process of onboarding, an inner school where all new nation go through training on their processes and methodology. I ponder this makes for very good testers.
A1QA has good processes, and I ponder their treatment is professional. In provisions of client interaction, I haven',t had complaints from anyone almost issues from them.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
They should be hiring more nation owing there’s obviously claim for their services. I know that it’s hard to hire in Minsk.
Do you have any advice for forthcoming clients of theirs?
