Introductory information
A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation
I’m the senior growth director at Nurx, a telemedicine organisation. We prepare a few labors online such as parentage control, a obstruction pill for HIV, Herpes medication, and more. You can get prescribed the pills online, and they’ll be delivered to you. I handle our complete paid marketing portfolio.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with Accelerated Digital Media?
We were looking to layer our search program. We didn’t have any employees inhouse with sufficient time or Google expertise to do that. So, we were working with another agency, but their accomplishment was flattening out. So, we asked Accelerated Digital Media if they would be able to layer the program.
Provided solution
What was the aim of their involvement?
They’re managing our paid advertising campaigns, all of which are within the Google portfolio. The aim has implicated all of our labor lines. The team works with branded search, Google Ads, YouTube, and show campaigns, among other channels.
What is the team compound?
We talk on a daily or weekly basis with Eric (Senior SEM Manager), Jordan (Business Development Manager), and Tellef (CEO). Eric is our main point of touch.
How did you come to work with Accelerated Digital Media?
My boss, the VP of marketing, had connected with Tellef and Accelerated Digital Media previously. They pitched to her, and she chose them due to having a big past experience.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ll last to invest as much as we can while the cost-efficiency remains firm.
What is the status of this engagement?
They launched with us in Q4 of 2018, and the engagement is ongoing.
Results achieved
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the contact of the engagement?
We’ve almost doubled our investment since we onboarded them. They’re not common, but it’s a fair cost for their power to layer. If we had been managing it inhouse, I don’t ponder we would have grown as much.
When nation check out, we ask them how they heard almost us. A huge portion of them has said they were referred to our labors from Google. That’s a testament to Accelerated Digital Media’s work.
How did Accelerated Digital Media accomplish from a project handlement standpoint?
They’re very interactive. Our budgets change a lot throughout the month, and they’re able to fit well, making changes on the fly. They’ll push back when a determination is going to harm their accomplishment in the program. They’re so faithful. It feels like they’re an extension of the team.
The team has veritably extensive, insightful Quartly Business Reviews (QBRs). We can anticipate in-depth monthly updates and easy-to-digest weekly updates. We’ll also hear from Eric a couple of times a week with on-the-fly updates.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?
Their overall strategy for how to construction an account and handle a program is very powerful. Every agency has its hidden sauce, and Accelerated Digital Media’s “sauce” is excellent. They’re very keen and always looking to try new things.
Also, the team has lastd the same level of investment in our program as they invested when they leading began working with us. We can always anticipate a high level of labor from them.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
We’ve loved working with them.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
Stay tuned in if you’re inquiring almost the size of work that’s being done. Make sure you ask questions almost all the testing that’s happening.
Eric is very capable of coming up with his own ideas. For sample, parentage control was a new question for him. But, now he knows all owing he’s researched, come up with ideas, and tested copy and keywords. He’s very independent almost coming up with a testing roadmap. But, a better case scenario would be collaborating on different ideas. It’s always good to bounce ideas back and forth.
