I',m a project director at Herbert Construction, a commercial composition treatment firm located in Maine, specializing in multi-residential units, schools, and other types of properties.

What challenge were you trying to address with Anchour?
We occupied Anchour to update our branding, RFP material, marketing materials, and website.

What particular tasks were responsible for?
Initially, Anchour revamped our website, updating the branding, messaging, and schematic. They granted multiple rounds of designs for us to like and modify. Then, they helped us onboard our RFP materials, integrated Adobe InDesign software, and designed other branding materials as needed.
Was there a dedicated team?
I work straightly with Tom (Account Manager, Anchour) and Marc (Director of Client Services, Anchour), but I also worked with the President and CEO in the earlier stages of the project.
How did you come to work with Anchour?
Their offices are just down the street from us and we liked the work they',d done for other businesses in the area, so we felt they would be a good fit.
What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?
We',ve invested almost $65,000 thus far.
What is the terminal result of working with ?
We',ve been working with them since July 2018 and they last to prepare ongoing marketing services.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
We just launched the website, so we don',t have any metrics to share just yet, but we',ve been very lucky with their work overall. We',ve already seen an uptick in comments, recollection, and real feedback thanks to some of their efforts. Morale has also improved, everyone',s very lucky to see the progress that',s been made.
How did Anchour accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
They',re very straightforward and good almost mapping out their process, timelines, and objectives. We mainly adjoin with them through in-person meetings or email.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?
Their level of care and involvement sets them aloof. They take loftiness in the messaging they exhibit for clients. They also took the time to thoroughly apprehend our activity and lingo.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
We had some interaction issues in the commencement, but they were able to fastly make adjustments and all',s been moving along smoothly since.
